In order to be compliant with liquor laws, which forbid us from selling Post Meridiem directly to you, your order is processed and fulfilled by a licensed liquor retailer. Ultimately, it is up to the retailer's discretion whether to issue a refund. Generally, refunds will only be issued for severe damage to the product that renders the liquid un-consumable. We are happy to work with the retailer to discuss any issues you are having and determine the best way forward.
